Piper is a lifelong educator with a passion for learning and for children's growth and development. She has 10 years of experience as an elementary school principal, 4 years of experience as the Area Director of Boys and Girls Club of Heber Valley, 4 years of experience as a District Curriculum and Instruction Specialist, 5 years of experience as Instructional Coach and Specialist (Math and Literacy), 10 years of experience in elementary school instruction and intervention, and 9 years of experience as an adjunct professor. She currently works as the Executive Director of Northeastern Utah Educational Services (NUES).

Piper has a reputation of loving and caring for anyone and everyone. She is known for her service and kindness. She loves the Heber Valley and gives to the community in various ways. She understand the needs and difficulties of the families in the community and has dreamt to be able to help in every way. She, along with her daughter McKay, developed the concept of School House Academy as a way to reach the community and provide a variety of services.

McKay is a former 2nd-grade teacher and is currently in graduate school to earn her Master of Speech-Language Pathology. McKay has worked in elementary schools for the past 4 years in PreK-6th. She currently works as a Speech-Language Pathologist Graduate Clinician for Wasatch County School District. 

McKay has a passion for literacy and for early-childhood education. She loves to support children in their early development and support them in their love of learning. She is excited to be able to support children prior to their formal education experiences and to continue to support students who may need additional academic support.

Russ (Center) is the President of Watts Enterprises in Midway, Utah. He has been in the construction industry for over 47 years and has helped to develop much of Wasatch County. Russ currently serves on the board for Utah Youth Village, a therapeutic home for youth in difficult times. 

Russ cares deeply for the community and has demonstrated that by contributing to local students' scholarships, building and creating opportunities for affordable housing, and developing welcoming communities that add to the beauty of the Heber Valley. 

Aaron is an Audit and Assurance Senior at Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP. He has worked as an accountant for 4 years and in audit and assurance for 2 years.

Aaron is very organized and is excellent at managing finances. He has offered a number of community education courses in Excel and bookkeeping in an effort to help small businesses become efficient and accurate in their work. 

Rod is a Project Manager with Watts Enterprises. He has been in the construction industry for over 24 years. Rod currently volunteers with Wasatch County Search & Rescue. 

Rod loves the Heber Valley. He has worked with Russ to construct many of the communities in the Heber Valley. He is organized and efficient in his work.

Dave is the COO and CCO at WesternTrust, L.P. He has over 28 years of experience in finances. 

Dave loves to serve his community and is involved in multiple organizations in the Heber Valley.
